Steven Leahey

Steve has over 30 years of managing manufacturing facilities, varying from start-ups to business units of multinational companies.  His experience is primarily in the automotive and aerospace sectors.  Steve's education includes degrees from Cranfield and Aston Universities.

Dr Ian Gregory

Ian has sixteen years of in business process improvement, design and implementation, having worked in the automotive, aerospace and power sectors for LucasVarity, TRW and Rolls-Royce, and consulted in telecoms, power, healthcare and retail.  He teaches subjects including business process design, supply chain management and knowledge management for Warwick University to managers and full-time students.  He was educated at the universities of Durham, Cambridge and Warwick, and is a Chartered Engineer and a Microsoft Cetified Professional Developer.
